ZÁVĚR

Kiss Me Kojak si experimentují po svém, když díky trubce a jiným hrátkám, dosahují přeci jen trochu jiného zvukového vysledku, než jsme u noise kapel běžně zvyklí. A to pak celou jejich produkci posouvá ještě dál a činí jí zajímavější. Nic z toho ale nebrzdí tu z řetězu urvanou lavinu hutného hluku a tunu energie, kterou tahle kapela dokáže vydrtit. Navíc. Kiss Me Kojak umí pracovat i s věcmi, jako melodie, dynamika a tak dále.

Pražský label Bleeding Ear nám stále roste! Ne, nebojte, nemá ambice stát se profláklou značkou s profláklými jmény a být happy hype indie. Tenhle růst prosím u Bleeding Ear vůbec nečekejte. Tahle malá značka ale roste v rozletu a kvalitě vydávaných počinů, a také v tom, že ani stylově nemíní stát na místě. Prostor zde totiž dostává experimetnální elektronika, kytarová muzika, lo-fi projekty a teď naposledy třeba i parádní experimetnální noise nářez. Zatím posledním počinem, který na Bleeding Ear vyšel koncem loňského roku, je totiž EP "...a nic čeho se nemůžeš dotknout" kapely Kiss Me Kojak. A pokud se taky rádi koupete v hustém mázu noise hraného z energií neovladatelné dělové koule, jste právě teď na správné adrese.

Najede to hned po vtipném intru s filmovou hudbou. Obrovská hluková tlama, která žere vše živé. Dvě basy, hodně výživně bicí, zběsilostní trubka a občasné samply a další elektro ruchy v mezi hrách. A řev. Místo zpěvu se tady animálně řve a právě takový "vokálek" do celého děje EP, s příměsí industriální atmosféry, naprosto skvěle zapadá.

Jinak. Pokud vám při přečtení slova "experimentální" naskočila kopřivka a lekli jste se dalších podivných rádo by intoušských hrátek "podívejtesejakjsmejiníazvláštní", k lékaři pro vodičku na vyrážky ani nevyrážejte a zůstaňte v klidu. Kiss Me Kojak si experimentují po svém, když díky trubce a jiným hrátkám, dosahují přeci jen trochu jiného zvukového vysledku, než jsme u noise kapel běžně zvyklí. A to pak celou jejich produkci posouvá ještě dál a činí jí zajímavější. Nic z toho ale nebrzdí tu z řetězu urvanou lavinu hutného hluku a tunu energie, kterou tahle kapela ze svého projevu dokáže vydrtit. Navíc. Kiss Me Kojak umí pracovat i s věcmi, jako melodie, dynamika a tak dále, takže jejich projev je sice hutný, ale určitě ne bezduchý či jednoduchý.

Koupel v noise bahně Kiss Me Kojak je tak opravdu očistná a posilující. A když se do něho ponoříte úplně a vypnete se, zjistíte, že najednou třepete hlavou a hrozíte zatnutou pěstí a ještě se při tom cítíte moc fajn. Nejprve mne o tom loni ubezpečila Unna, pak Kiss Me Kojak. Naše noise scéna je pořád docela silná a výživná. A pořád tady vznikají i nové party a nahrávky, které se už teď hrdě a hlasitě zapisují do místní historie jedné z nejlepších a nejkrásnějších hudeb na světě. Hluk!

Mimochodem. Kiss Me Kojak jsou letos zatím jedinou českou kapelou, o které vím, která zahraje na výborném polském květonovém festivalu Asymmetry. Festival se zaměřuje právě na různé experimentální odnože tvrdé hudby, noise, industrial, metal, post-rock a mnohé další. Pořadatelé akce mají skutečně výborný vkus a Kiss Me Kojak tak letos posílí line-up festivalu, kde se v minulosti objevily jména jako Lvmen, Godflesh či Jesu.
